My Brain On Thanksgiving Break

My ways for sustaining my memory before leaving to Thanksgiving Break was by having plenty of rest, reviewing my notes once in a week throughout the week, and practice mindfulness. A person's mental and emotional needs may not be as obvious. Good mental health allows people to think clearly, develop socially and learn new skills. Additionally, good peers and encouraging words from others are all important for helping people develop self confidence, high self-esteem, and a healthy emotional outlook on life.
