The Art Of Hosting Good Conversations Online
So This Guy Goes For A Walk
On this particular evening, a police car stops him and orders him to put his hands up. He answers are unsatisfactory to the police. This car is the only remaining police car in the area. After the election last year, the force was reduced from three cars to one because crime was seen as unnecessary.
When Mr. Mead answers the question of employment by saying he is a writer, the police interpret his answer as "unemployed." They order him to enter the car despite his protests, and as he approaches he realizes there is no driver at all.
The Value Of Time
The time investments that I make today to help with my future are to listen to music in my room. I found this peaceful because it's a time where I can shut the world off and have a time to meditate and relax. One of my future goals that I want to accomplish in life is to learn how to manage my time better, which means to be capable on dealing with last minute time consuming problems while being under pressure.

Same Words Different People
Based on Today's conversations, I learned that words can have a simpler definition from what they originally come from. In fact, my group members had different meanings with certain types of words than to what I had already thought of at the first place. It mainly happens when one typical word has more than one different meaning.

Investing Me
I've started to think about how I'm planning to fund-raise after high school and I thought of applying for a part time job so I can start earning money for myself. Hopefully, I get approved for scholarships that will help me get through my years in college; however, before I graduate I'd like to have job experience so it can help me out once I do get a part time job after I move on to adulthood.
Letter To A Mentor (Draft 1)
Dear Mentor,
My name is Yenifer Castro; who is sixteen years old. My interests continue to change as I grow. However, I have noticed that I'm very intrigued on Criminology studies. Being exposed to shows and articles that go more in depth on criminals/ serial killer's minds had me be more interested on the case, the criminal/ serial killer's background, psychological state within the person who committed the action, etc. I used to dislike crime shows that my parents would put on the television, but as I grew older I began to lean towards crime movies/videos.
