Conscience Of A Hacker

What makes a hacker, a hacker? How they naturally or develop the levels of  intelligence to hack? A possible reason why hackers like to hack is because they finally found an interest that they can have full control and power. Yes, hacking private information is illegal because you're invading someone's privacy but having to hack due to curiosity shouldn't be against the law. In my opinion, most hackers hack in order to get and find private information to either use as revenge or to explore the web. It could be used in two ways that only the hacker knows on why they are doing it, but mainly its due to having a mind of curiosity. Opening a path of fulfilling curiosity on different types of parts that make up the internet that you may want to know or later on start to dig into.
